Dearborn Goodfellows 2015 Holiday Kickoff, Paper Sales and Packaging

Dearborn Goodfellows:

Get ready for another fun holiday season as we make so there is “No Dearborn Child Without A Christmas”!

Our annual Goodfellows photo will take place Monday, Nov. 23, 2015 at the Dearborn Administrative Center, 16901 Michigan Ave. in the west atrium at 11:30 a.m.

All are asked to enter the DAC at the rear through the furthest West doors.

After the photo, all are invited to our 2015 Kick-off Luncheon for our paper sale at noon at Park Place, 23400 Park Street at Outer Drive, just south of Michigan Avenue.

We thank you for being a Goodfellow through your active support. Please join us for the photo, luncheon or both, as your schedule permits.

This event is a get-together for friends of the Goodfellows and for the many volunteers who will brave Michigan’s December weather to raise money by selling Goodfellows Newspapers throughout Dearborn.

2015 Paper Sales

Paper sales for 2015 are scheduled for Friday-Sunday, Dec. 4-6. Your participation will help us make sure that there will be “No Child Without a Christmas” in Dearborn.

Dearborn Goodfellows is a wholly volunteer group with no paid staff. Money raised goes to help needy Dearborn children 11 years of age or younger, especially at holiday time, and for special emergencies at any time.

Those selling papers may pick them up at St. Kateri Church, 16100 Rotunda, in the Gerard S. Brennan Parish Hall (first building east of church on property). Papers will be available on Thursday, Dec. 3, from 3 to 6 p.m. and Friday, Dec. 4, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Money collected may be taken there as well.

Gift Packaging

The Goodfellows are also responsible for packaging, organizing and delivering all Christmas gifts. We invite you to join us for this fun evening as you get to see the money from your paper sales go to work!

Packaging will be held at the Village Ford Parts Warehouse on Friday, Dec. 18, at 6 p.m.

Delivery will take place on Saturday, Dec. 19, beginning at 8 a.m.
